Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest generator homopolarny. Generator zawiera magnes trwały (1) w kształcie walca namagnesowany osiowo i umieszczony poziomo w okrągłej tarczy (2) z cylindrycznym gniazdem, osadzonej na osi (3), której koniec przechodzi przez tarczę (2) i styka się wewnątrz cylindrycznego gniazda z tylną, płaską powierzchnią magnesu trwałego (1). Magnes trwały (1), okrągła tarcza (2) i oś (3) są współosiowe, przy czym okrągła tarcza (2) jest wykonana z materiału nieferromagnetycznego i elektroizolacyjnego, natomiast oś (3) jest wykonana z metalu ferromagnetycznego. Oś (3) przechodzi poziomo przez otwór w prostopadłościennym wsporniku (4), zaopatrzonym w dolnej części w gniazdo (5) dla wtyku, przy czym na osi (3) są umieszczone dwie tulejki dystansowe (6), (7) i pierwsza z nich (6) znajduje się między okrągłą tarczą (2) i prostopadłościennym wspornikiem (4), a druga (7) na końcu osi (3), na którym osadzone jest ramię korbki (8), zaopatrzonej w rękojeść (9). Przed środkiem przedniej płaskiej powierzchni magnesu trwałego (1) jest umieszczony pionowy pręt (10), zaopatrzony w dolnej części w gniazdo (11) dla wtyku. Na pionowym pręcie (10) znajduje się prostopadłościenny suwak (12) z przymocowanym do niego stykiem (13), dotykającym do przedniej, płaskiej powierzchni magnesu trwałego (1) i prostopadłościenny suwak (12) jest zaopatrzony w śrubę (14) z radełkowanym łbem, skierowaną wzdłuż promienia pionowego pręta (10).The subject of the application is a homopolar generator. The generator contains a cylindrical permanent magnet (1) axially magnetized and placed horizontally in a circular disk (2) with a cylindrical seat, mounted on the axis (3), the end of which passes through the disk (2) and contacts inside the cylindrical seat with the rear, flat permanent magnet surface (1). The permanent magnet (1), the circular disk (2) and the axis (3) are coaxial, the circular disk (2) is made of a non-ferromagnetic and electro-insulating material, and the axis (3) is made of ferromagnetic metal. The axis (3) passes horizontally through the hole in the rectangular support (4), provided in the lower part with a socket (5) for the plug, where on the axis (3) there are two spacer sleeves (6), (7) and the first of them (6) is located between the circular disk (2) and the rectangular support (4), and the second (7) at the end of the axle (3), on which the crank arm (8) is mounted, provided with a handle (9). In front of the center of the front flat surface of the permanent magnet (1) a vertical rod (10) is placed, provided on its lower part with a socket (11) for the plug. On the vertical rod (10) there is a rectangular slider (12) with a contact (13) attached to it, touching the front, flat surface of the permanent magnet (1), and the rectangular slider (12) is provided with a screw (14) with a knurled head, along the radius of the vertical rod (10).
