Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób cynkowania zanurzeniowego wyrobów ze stali, który charakteryzuje się tym, że sposób cynkowania zanurzeniowego powierzchni elementów ze stopu żelaza, stali, żeliwa, polegający na czyszczeniu, trawieniu i topnikowaniu obróbczego elementu znamienny tym, że trawienie powierzchni elementu dokonuje się roztworem kwasu solnego HCL, po czym wprowadza się element w operację topnikowania umieszczając element w roztworze wodnym z rozpuszczonymi solami cynku i amonu połączonym składnikowo z chlorkiem miedzi CUCl2 o zawartości od 0% do 10% jako dodatek do chlorku cynku ZnCl2 w ilości od 1,5% do 3% przy czym w kolejnej operacji przed zanurzeniem elementu obróbczego w kąpieli cynkowej tworzy się od 1 cm do 5 cm poduszkę gazu obojętnego typu CO2 lub Argon lub Argon/CO2 w stosunku 82% do 18%.The subject of the application is the method of hot-dip galvanizing of steel products, which is characterized by the fact that the method of hot-dip galvanizing the surfaces of elements made of iron, steel, and cast iron, consisting in cleaning, etching and fluxing of the working element, characterized in that the etching of the surface of the element is performed with a solution of hydrochloric acid HCL, then the element is introduced into the fluxing operation by placing the element in an aqueous solution with dissolved zinc and ammonium salts partially combined with copper chloride CUCl2 with a content of 0% to 10% as an addition to zinc chloride ZnCl2 in an amount from 1.5% to 3 %, whereby in the next operation, before immersing the working element in the zinc bath, a 1 cm to 5 cm blanket of inert gas such as CO2 or Argon or Argon / CO2 is created in the ratio 82% to 18%.
