Abstract

Mobilne urządzenie sanityzacyjne składające się z komory roboczej (A) oraz komory użytkowej (B), która składa się z co najmniej jednej komory sanityzacyjnej (11). W komorze roboczej (A) znajduje się rurociąg wlotowy (1) do którego podłączony jest zbiornik buforowy, zasilany rurociągiem nasycającym (13) wyposażonym w kolejności przepływu w pompę (4), inżektor (5) oraz chłodnicę (7). Inżektor (5) podłączony jest do generatora mikro-nano pęcherzy (14) przy pomocy rurociągu zasilającego (6). Chłodnica (7) podłączona jest przy pomocy rurociągu chłodniczego (16) do źródła chłodu (8). W komorze sanityzacyjnej (11) znajduje się komplet dysz mgłowych (10) których wylot ustawiony jest prostopadle do sufitu komory sanityzacyjnej (11). Dysze mgłowe (10) ustawione są na planie prostokąta, z wylotem skierowanym w dół i zlokalizowanym poniżej obszaru zasysania powietrza przez kurtyny powietrzne. Rurociąg zrzutu skroplin (12) podłączony jest do odpływu zlokalizowanego w dnie komory sanityzacyjnej (11), która wyposażona jest w dwie pary drzwi znajdujące się naprzeciwko siebie po dwóch stronach komory sanityzacyjnej (11). Bezpośrednio nad drzwiami, wewnątrz komory znajdują się kurtyny powietrzne.A mobile sanitation device consisting of a working chamber (A) and a use chamber (B) which consists of at least one sanitation chamber (11). The injector (5) is connected to the micro-nano bubble generator (14) by means of the supply pipe (6). The cooler (7) is connected with the cooling pipe (16) to the cooling source (8). In the sanitation chamber (11) there is a set of fog nozzles (10), the outlet of which is positioned perpendicular to the sanitization chamber ceiling (11). The mist nozzles (10) are arranged on a rectangular plan, with the outlet directed downwards and located below the area of air suction by the air curtains. The condensate discharge pipeline (12) is connected to a drain located at the bottom of the sanitation chamber (11), which is equipped with two pairs of doors located opposite each other on both sides of the sanitation chamber (11). There are air curtains inside the chamber directly above the door.
