Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji dermatologicznej, w którym fazę tłuszczową przygotowuje się w mieszalniku, a fazę wodną wraz ze składnikami aktywnymi dozuje się do kotła warzelnego; przy czym po ogrzaniu obu faz do temperatury 80°C następuje zaciągnięcie fazy wodnej do mieszalnika za pomocą pompy próżniowej, a następnie homogenizacja; przy czym wytworzoną emulsję W/O chłodzi się, dodaje surowce aktywne, następnie konserwuje i perfumuje; przy czym fazę tłuszczową ogrzewa się w mieszalniku do 80°C a fazę wodną podgrzewa się od temperatury początkowej 55°C do temperatury końcowej 80°C; łączenie fazy tłuszczowej i wodnej następuje w temperaturze 80°C, a homogenizacja i dodawanie filtrów UV odbywa się w mieszalniku homogenizującym przy obrotach 3000 obr./min w czasie 5 do 7 minut, po czym następuje chłodzenie do temperatury 35°C, dodawanie kompozycji zapachowych, konserwantu i ponowne chłodzenie do temperatury 25°C; przy czym połączone zostały filtry przeciwsłoneczne, substancje takie jak: Physalis Angulata Extract, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Tocopherol, Niacynamid, Witamina C oraz Gliceryna, które zapewniają ochronę komórek skóry przed promieniowaniem UVA, UVB VLi IR oraz jego skutkami.The subject of the application is a process for the preparation of a dermatological composition, in which the fat phase is prepared in a mixer and the water phase with active ingredients is dosed into the cooker; after heating both phases to the temperature of 80 ° C, the water phase is drawn into the mixer by means of a vacuum pump and then homogenized; the prepared W / O emulsion is cooled, active ingredients are added, then preserved and perfumed; the fat phase is heated to 80 ° C in a mixer and the aqueous phase is heated from an initial temperature of 55 ° C to an end temperature of 80 ° C; combining the fat and water phases takes place at a temperature of 80 ° C, and homogenization and addition of UV filters takes place in a homogenizing mixer at 3000 rpm for 5 to 7 minutes, followed by cooling to 35 ° C, adding fragrances , preservative and re-cooling to 25 ° C; with the combination of sunscreens, substances such as: Physalis Angulata Extract, Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride, Tocopherol, Niacinamide, Vitamin C and Glycerin, which provide protection of skin cells against UVA, UVB VLi IR radiation and its effects.
