Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania filtra, zwłaszcza z warstwą fotokatalityczną, gdzie w pierwszym kroku na filtr ceramiczny wykonany z materiałów wybranych spośród: węglika krzemu Al2O3, tlenku cyrkonu, związków węgla lub aluminium aplikuje się osnowę cementową z ditlenkiem tytanu w ilości nie mniejszej niż 30 - 35 g na objętość nośnika o wymiarach 100 x 100 x 20, następnie na wytrząsarce usuwa się nadmiar osnowy i suszy się ceramikę w temperaturze 20 stopni Celsjusza +/- 10% w czasie 24 godzin, następnie przez 48 h ceramikę moczy się w wodzie, po czym suszy się ją ponownie w temperaturze 20 stopni Celsjusza +/- 10% w czasie 12 h, po osiągnięciu wilgotności mniejszej niż 15% i produkt oświetla się światłem UV A przez 18h, przy utrzymaniu natężenia promieniowania UV A w wysokości 20 mV - cm2 +/- 15%.
