Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania skrobi termoplastycznej obejmujący etapy: mieszania skrobi i co najmniej jednego plastyfikatora w mieszalniku w celu uzyskania przedmieszki skrobi termoplastycznej, wytłaczania uzyskanej przedmieszki skrobi termoplastycznej w celu uzyskania wytłoczyny skrobiowej, chłodzenie wytłoczyny skrobiowej powietrzem oraz opcjonalnie granulację ochłodzonej powietrzem wytłoczyny skrobiowej, charakteryzujący się tym, że etap wytłaczania następuje bezpośrednio po etapie mieszania bez etapu kondycjonowania. Kolejnym przedmiotem wynalazku jest skrobia termoplastyczna otrzymana sposobem według wynalazku.
