Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest segmentowy tunel sanityzacyjny, zwłaszcza do dezynfekcji osób i przedmiotów, mający zastosowanie w szczególności jako przejście sanitarne, wykorzystywane przede wszystkim w procesie dezynfekcji z wykorzystaniem wirusobójczych środków dezynfekcyjnych. Wynalazek charakteryzuje się tym, że konstrukcja nośna tunelu składa się z segmentów, gdzie każdy segment stanowi połączenie co najmniej dwóch przęseł (1) utworzonych z pionowo usytuowanych profili konstrukcyjnych tworzących układ ścian bocznych i w przybliżeniu prostopadłych do nich profili tworzących układ połaci dachowej, gdzie profile tworzące układ ścian bocznych połączone są wzajemnie za pomocą pantograficznych rozpór w postaci kształtowych łączników (2) przesuwnie zamocowanych do profili sąsiadujących ze sobą przęseł (1), przy czym łączniki (2) rozpór pantograficznych w połowie długości połączone są ze sobą obrotowo, a profile sąsiadujących ze sobą przęseł (1) w strefie przesuwu zamocowanych do nich łączników (2) posiadają mechanizm blokujący (3), korzystnie zatrzaskowy lub dźwigniowy, natomiast wzdłuż profili co najmniej jednego przęsła (1) rozprowadzona jest instalacja zamgławiająca, składająca się z układu przewodów (8) wysokiego ciśnienia z dyszami zamgławiającymi (9), które połączone są ze zbiornikiem (7) cieczy dezynfekującej i/albo czystej wody poprzez wysokociśnieniowy agregat pompowy (6).The subject of the invention is a segmented sanitation tunnel, especially for disinfecting people and objects, used in particular as a sanitary passage, used primarily in the disinfection process with the use of virucidal disinfectants. The invention is characterized in that the load-bearing structure of the tunnel consists of segments, where each segment is a combination of at least two spans (1) made of vertically oriented structural profiles forming the sidewall system and approximately perpendicular to them profiles forming the roof slope system, where the profiles form the system of side walls are interconnected by pantographic struts in the form of shaped connectors (2) slidably attached to the profiles of adjacent spans (1), while the connectors (2) of the pantographic struts are pivotally connected in half their length, and the profiles of the adjacent each of the spans (1), in the area of the travel of the fasteners (2) attached to them, have a locking mechanism (3), preferably a latch or lever, while along the profiles of at least one span (1) a fogging installation consisting of a system of conduits (8) is distributed high pressure with fogging nozzles (9) that are connected to the disinfecting liquid and / or clean water tank (7) via a high-pressure pump set (6).
