Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mający zastosowanie do sterowania wydajnością tłokowych maszyn wyporowych hydrauliczny mechanizm nadążny zaworowy, w którym ruch obrotowy elementu sterującego powoduje proporcjonalne przesunięcie liniowe tłoka siłownika. Tarcza sterująca (5) za pomocą śruby (4) i nakrętki (3) połączona jest z tłoczyskiem siłownika (2). Tarcza (5) steruje otwarciem odpowiednich zaworów (A,B,C,D) powodując przepływ do odpowiednich komór siłownika, wywołując ruch tłoka (1) w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu tarczy sterującej (5).The subject of the invention is a hydraulic valve follow-up mechanism applicable to the performance control of reciprocating positive displacement machines, in which the rotation of the control element causes a proportional linear movement of the actuator piston. The control disk (5) is connected to the piston rod (2) by means of a bolt (4) and nut (3). The disc (5) controls the opening of the respective valves (A, B, C, D) causing the flow to the respective chambers of the actuator, causing the movement of the piston (1) in the opposite direction to the movement of the control disc (5).
