Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element pokrycia dachowego, zwłaszcza modułowa blachodachówka, charakteryzujący się tym, że na górnej powierzchni co najmniej jednego płaskiego ułożona jest pierwsza warstwa (2) materiału adhezyjnego na bazie polimeru aktywowanego pod wpływem podwyższonej temperatury; na pierwszej warstwie (2) materiału adhezyjnego usytuowany jest element fotowoltaiczny (3), przy czym element fotowoltaiczny (3) stanowi ogniwo o spodniej aktywacji emitera wykonane w technologii PERC; na elemencie fotowoltaicznym (3) ułożona jest druga warstwa (4) materiału adhezyjnego na bazie polimeru aktywowanego pod wpływem podwyższonej temperatury; na drugiej warstwie (4) materiału adhezyjnego ułożona jest transparentna warstwa ochronna (5); przy czym pierwsza warstwa (2) materiału adhezyjnego, element fotowoltaiczny (3), druga warstwa (4) materiału adhezyjnego i transparentna warstwa ochronna (5) połączone są ze sobą i korpusem elementu pokrycia dachowego (1) w procesie laminacji.
