Abstract

Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest mechanizm przeznaczony do składania otwierania/zamykania, skrzydeł bramy segmentowej, zwłaszcza złożonych z jednej pary segmentów, skrzydeł bramy — segmentu wewnętrznego przy słupku i segmentu zewnętrznego lub dwóch par segmentów bramy (dwóch skrzydeł bramy), składanych w połowie ich długości lub w dowolnej długości ostatniego skrzydła. Mechanizm złożony jest z dwudzielnego korpusu w postaci dwóch płaskich płyt dolnej (10) i górnej (11), połączonych wzajemnie za pomocą wsporników (12), przy czym w płytach (10, 11), ułożyskowany jest ślizgowo czop, na którym zamocowana jest obrotowo tuleja ślizgowa, na której zamocowane za pomocą kołka, krzywka zderzaka, pierścień dystansowy oraz koło zębate, połączone z dźwignią (16), która połączona jest z segmentem, zaś koło zębate, połączone jest z dźwignią (16), która połączona jest z tuleją ślizgową poprzez pierścień dystansowy za pomocą śrub, oraz z krzywką, blokowaną wkrętem dociskowym (21), zamocowanym w kostce zamocowanej do płyty (11), przy czym z kołem zębatym miejscu nacięcia zębów zazębia się listwa zębata (18), która dociskana jest od góry rolką (19), zamocowaną na czopie, ułożyskowanym ślizgowo w płytach (10 i 11), listwa zębata (18), ma dwa podłużne otwory (33) za pomocą których poprzez tuleje dystansowe (29), połączona jest z łącznikiem (9), który połączony jest za pomocą czopu z dźwignią, zamocowaną poprzez czop, w rowku kątownika, i regulującą kąt otwierania segmentu bramy, zaś na kątowniku usytuowany jest zderzak, złożony z krzywki i kątownika, ze śrubą, przy czym śruba i krzywka zderzaka połączone są z płytką, mocowania segmentu bramy.The subject of the solution is a mechanism for folding the opening / closing, sectional door leaves, especially consisting of one pair of sections, door leaves - the inner section at the post and the outer section, or two pairs of door sections (two door leaves), folded in half their length or in any length of the last wing.
