Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest rama nośna hali stalowej jednonawowej, której stalowe słupy (1 i 1') jednostronnie zbieżne wykonane są z dwóch zimnogiętych ceowników półzamkniętych, których górne szersze ścięte do wewnątrz końce przylegają do ściętych do wewnątrz dolnych końców rygli dachowych (3 i 3') również jednostronnie zbieżnych wykonanych także z zimnogiętych ceowników połzamkniętych, natomiast zarówno w zewnętrznych płaskich ścianach (5 i 5') środników ceowników półzamkniętych obu tych słupów jak i w zewnętrznych płaskich ścianach środników ceowników półzamkniętych, wykonane są poprzecznie usytuowane montażowe otwory przelotowe usytuowane w kilku rzędach oddalonych od siebie, przy czym zewnętrzne płaskie ściany (5 i 5') środników ceowników półzamkniętych słupów (1 i 1') oraz zewnętrzne płaskie ściany środników ceowników półzamkniętych tych rygli dachowych usytuowane są naprzeciw siebie, a pomiędzy nimi i naprzeciw otworów w ścianach tych słupów umieszczone są płytkowe trapezowe łączniki dystansowe, z wykonanymi w nich otworami przelotowymi, natomiast naprzeciw otworów przelotowych w ścianach tych rygli umieszczone są płytkowe łączniki dystansowe oraz łącznik kalenicowy (30) wszystkie z wykonanymi w nich otworami przelotowymi, a ponadto naprzeciw otworów przelotowych wykonanych w górnych skośnych końcach ceowników zimnogiętych słupów (1 i 1') oraz naprzeciw otworów przelotowych wykonanych w dolnych skośnych końcach ceowników zimnogiętych rygli (3 i 3') umieszczone są profilowe dystansowe płytkowe łączniki okapowe (32 i 32') również z otworami przelotowymi usytuowanymi naprzeciw otworów przelotowych skośnych końców słupów (1 i 1') rygli (3 i 3'), przy czym w otworach przelotowych tych słupów oraz w ich łącznikach dystansowych osadzone są śruby (16) z nakręconymi na nie nakrętkami a w otworach przelotowych obu tych rygli (3 i 3') w górnych skośnych częściach słupów (1 i 1') i otworach umieszczonych w nich płytek dystansowych oraz łącznika kalenicowego (30) i łączników okapowych (32 i 32') osadzone są śruby (33) z nakręconymi na nie nakrętkami.The subject of the application is the supporting frame of a single-nave steel hall, the steel columns (1 and 1 ') of which tapered on one side are made of two cold-bent semi-closed channels, the upper, wider ends cut inwards adjoining the lower ends of the roof transoms cut inwards (3 and 3') also one-sidedly tapered also made of cold-bent closed C-sections, while both in the outer flat walls (5 and 5 ') of the webs of the semi-closed C-sections of both these columns as well as in the outer flat walls of the half-closed C-sections, transverse mounting through holes are made located in several rows distant from each other, with the outer flat walls (5 and 5 ') of the webs of the semi-closed columns (1 and 1') and the outer flat walls of the channels of the semi-closed roof transoms opposite each other, and between them and opposite the openings in the walls of these columns are tile trapezoidal connections Spacers with through holes made in them, while opposite the through holes in the walls of these transoms, there are plate spacers and a ridge connector (30) all with through holes made in them, and also opposite through holes made in the upper oblique ends of the channels of cold-formed mullions (1 and 1 ') and opposite the through holes made in the lower oblique ends of the channels of cold-formed transoms (3 and 3'), there are profile distance plate eaves connectors (32 and 32 '), also with through holes opposite the through holes of the oblique ends of the columns (1 and 1 ') of the transoms (3 and 3'), while in the through holes of these mullions and in their distance connectors there are screws (16) with nuts screwed on them, and in the through holes of both these transoms (3 and 3 ') in the upper oblique parts of the columns (1 and 1 ') and the openings of the spacer plates placed in them, as well as the ridge connector (30) and the connector eaves (32 and 32 ') are mounted screws (33) with nuts screwed on them.
