Wynalazkiem jest również sposób wytwarzania preparatu farmaceutycznego w postaci tabletek powlekanych zawierających niską dawkę temozolomidu.The subject of the invention is a pharmaceutical preparation in the form of film-coated tablets containing a low dose of temozolomide and pharmaceutically acceptable inert excipients, which provides an in vitro release of at least 85% of the active ingredient after 15 minutes. The invention also provides a process for the preparation of a pharmaceutical formulation in the form of coated tablets containing a low dose of temozolomide.
