Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest system zautomatyzowanego zmieniacza palet charakteryzujący się tym, że składa się ze specjalnie zaprojektowanego manipulatora (1) niezwiązanego na stałe z żadnym innym elementem obrabiarki, wyposażonego w kształtowy chwytak (1a) oraz kształtowe mocowanie (1b) oraz bezprzewodowego złącza elektrycznego (1c) oraz układu pneumatycznego (1d) doprowadzającego ciśnienie powietrza z wrzeciona obrabiarki (2) do siłownika chwytaka (1a), gdzie kształtowy chwytak (1a) służy do niestałego wpasowania w ustandaryzowaną geometrię palety (3), do której w sposób nierozłączny przymocowany jest materiał obrabiany (4), który ulega obróbce, natomiast kształtowe mocowanie (1b) dopasowane jest swoją geometrią zarówno do wrzeciona obrabiarki (2), jak i magazynu narzędzi (5) zlokalizowanego w bocznym obszarze roboczym obrabiarki.
