Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mechanizm ustawiania segmentów ekranu sterowany automatycznie, posiadający osadzone na pierwszych trzpieniach (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) ekrany składowe (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d). Charakteryzuje się on tym, że składa się z podstawy (3) w postaci belki, której końce zamocowane są do elementu przekładni zębatej (4) napędzanej silnikiem krokowym (5). W podstawie (3) znajdują się pierwsze trzpienie (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), na których osadzone są obrotowo ekrany składowe (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d). Ekrany składowe (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) na jednej ze swoich ścian bocznych posiadają drugie trzpienie (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d), które połączone są przegubowo z belką (7a). Ściana boczna pierwszego ekranu (2a) połączona jest przegubowo poprzez belkę (7b) i trzpień (6e) z siłownikiem (8). Siłownik (8) oraz silnik krokowy (5) podłączone są do modułu sterującego (9).The present invention relates to an automatically controlled screen segment positioning mechanism having component screens (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) mounted on first pins (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d). It is characterized by the fact that it consists of a base (3) in the form of a beam, the ends of which are attached to the toothed gear element (4) driven by a stepper motor (5). In the base (3) there are first pins (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), on which the component screens (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) are rotatably mounted. The component screens (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) have on one of their side walls second pins (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) which are articulated to the beam (7a). The side wall of the first screen (2a) is articulated through the beam (7b) and the pin (6e) with the actuator (8). The actuator (8) and the stepper motor (5) are connected to the control module (9).
