Abstract

Z tak wytworzonej pojedynczej warstwy tworzy się, układając warstwa na warstwie, kompozycję wielowarstwową, którą poddaje się igłowaniu otrzymując wielowarstwową włókninę. W celu wzmocnienia wielowarstwowej włókniny nanosi się warstwę wierzchnią w postaci folii o grubości 0,5 — 0,05 mm i gramaturze 50 – 120 g/m2, którą zespala się z włókniną poddając kalandrowaniu na wałkach ryflowanych w temperaturze 150 - 220°C, kalandruje na wałkach ryflowanych w temperaturze 150 - 220°C. In order to strengthen the multilayer non-woven fabric, the top layer is applied in the form of a film with a thickness of 0.5 - 0.05 mm and a grammage of 50 - 120 g / m2, which is bonded to the non-woven fabric by calendering on grooved rollers at a temperature of 150 - 220 ° C, calendered on grooved rollers at a temperature of 150 - 220 ° C. Then, the bottom of the non-woven composition prepared in this way is thermally bonded at a temperature of 130-160 ° C with a hydrophobic polypropylene or polyethylene non-woven fabric with a basis weight of 60-100 g / m2 on a calender with smooth rollers.
