Abstract
Osłona balistyczna stanowiąca wyprofilowaną płytę, zawierającą rdzeń ceramiczny, który od swojej strony przedniej oraz od swojej strony tylnej posiada wykonane z poliuretanu wewnętrzne zbrojone pokrycie, charakteryzująca się tym, że rdzeń ceramiczny (1) wraz z wewnętrznym zbrojonym pokryciem (2) zawinięte są w wykonany z tkaniny bazaltowej płaszcz bazaltowy (3), który dodatkowo wyposażony jest w bazaltową zakładkę wzmacniającą (4), zachodzącą na tylne wewnętrzne zbrojone pokrycie (2), natomiast na bazaltową zakładkę wzmacniającą (4) oraz tylne wewnętrzne zbrojone pokrycie (2) nałożona jest wykonana z tkaniny bazaltowej powłoka bazaltowa (5), która tym samym wraz z płaszczem bazaltowym (3) oraz bazaltową zakładkę wzmacniającą (4) współtworzy zamkniętą monolityczną bazaltową otulinę, która zawinięta jest w wykonaną z poliuretanu zewnętrzną okrywę ochronną (7), wyposażoną poliuretanową zakładkę ochronną (8), połączoną z wykonanego z poliuretanu zewnętrznym zbrojonym pokryciem (9), do którego zamocowane są kolejno wykonane z tkaniny aramidowej warstwy aramidowe (10), spojone za pomocą spoiwa termoplastycznego (11), jednocześnie do ostatniej warstwy aramidowej (10a) zamocowane jest wykonane z poliuretanu wykończenie ochronne (12).A ballistic cover, which is a profiled plate containing a ceramic core, which on its front side and on its rear side has an internal reinforced polyurethane covering, characterized by the fact that the ceramic core (1) with the internal reinforced covering (2) are wrapped in a made of basalt fabric, the basalt mantle (3), which is additionally equipped with a basalt reinforcing tab (4), overlapping the rear internal reinforced covering (2), while the basalt reinforcing overlap (4) and the rear internal reinforced covering (2) are covered with a made of basalt fabric, a basalt coating (5), which together with the basalt jacket (3) and the basalt reinforcement tab (4) form a closed monolithic basalt cover, which is wrapped in an outer protective cover (7) made of polyurethane, equipped with a polyurethane protective tab (8), bonded with an external polyurethane reinforced sheathing (9) to which Aramid layers (10) made of aramid fabric are successively attached, bonded with a thermoplastic binder (11), at the same time a polyurethane protective finish (12) is attached to the last aramid layer (10a).
