Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania etykiety z elementami elektroniki z wykorzystaniem technik drukarskich który polega na tym, że na podłoże termokurczliwe nanosi się warstwę przewodzącą o grubości 2,0 - 10,0 μm w postaci pasty, zawierającej cząsteczki srebra w ilości od 50% do 80% w bazie rozpuszczalnikowej, która zawiera co najmniej jeden z rozpuszczalników: eter monometylowy glikolu dipropylenowego w ilości do 25%, octan propylu w ilości od 20% do 40%, 2-metoksymetyloetoksypropanol w ilości do 25% lub wodę do 50%, przy użyciu dotykowych technik druku, następnie wydrukowaną warstwę przewodzącą suszy się, po czym nanosi się na nią zabezpieczającą warstwę transparentnej farby akrylowej utrwalanej promieniowaniem UV o grubości 1,0 – 2,0 μm, po czym tak przygotowaną próbkę poddaje się procesowi obkurczania od 1% do 40%, a korzystnie od 5 do 30% gorącym powietrzem lub parą wodną o temperaturze 80 - 90°C. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także etykietę otrzymaną powyższym sposobem.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining labels with electronic elements using printing techniques, which consists in applying a conductive layer with a thickness of 2.0 - 10.0 μm in the form of a paste on the heat-shrinkable substrate, containing silver particles in an amount from 50% to 80 % in a solvent base that contains at least one of the solvents: dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether in an amount up to 25%, propyl acetate in an amount from 20% to 40%, 2-methoxymethylethoxypropanol in an amount up to 25% or water up to 50% when using tactile printing techniques, then the printed conductive layer is dried, and then a protective layer of transparent acrylic paint fixed with UV radiation with a thickness of 1.0 - 2.0 μm is applied to it, and then the sample prepared in this way is subjected to a shrinking process from 1% to 40 %, preferably from 5 to 30% by hot air or steam at 80-90 ° C. The application also includes a label obtained by the above method.
