Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest taśma antybakteryjna samoprzylepna o strukturze wielowarstwowej, przeznaczona do zabezpieczania dowolnych powierzchni użytkowych, zawiera warstwę podłoża zaopatrzoną z jednej strony w warstwę bakteriobójczą, a z drugiej strony w warstwę samoprzylepną, zabezpieczoną papierem adhezyjnym. Warstwę (4) bakteriobójczą stanowi kompozycja składająca się z lakieru dyspersyjnego w ilości od 40 — 95% wagowych i fotokatalizatora w ilości od 5 60% wagowych. Warstwa (4) bakteriobójcza o grubości od 1 µm do 50 µm znajduje się na warstwie (2) adhezyjnej o grubości od 1 µm do 100 µm z nadrukiem (3) o grubości 1 µm do 50 µm, umieszczonej na warstwie (1) podłoża z przezroczystej folii, o grubości od 10 µm do 500 µm. Z drugiej strony warstwy (1) podłoża znajduje się warstwa (5) kleju o grubości od 5 µm do 100 µm zabezpieczona papierem (6) antyadhezyjnym lub folią antyadhezyjną. Warstwę podłoża (1) stanowi przezroczysta folia z polichlorku winylu PCV lub politereftalanu etylenu PET lub polipropylenu PP lub polietylenu PE lub poliwęglanu PC.The subject of the application is an antibacterial self-adhesive tape with a multi-layer structure, intended to protect any usable surfaces, it contains a base layer provided on one side with a bactericidal layer, and on the other side with a self-adhesive layer, secured with adhesive paper. The germicidal layer (4) is a composition consisting of a dispersion varnish in an amount of 40-95% by weight and a photocatalyst in an amount of 60% by weight. The bactericidal layer (4) with a thickness of 1 µm to 50 µm is placed on the adhesive layer (2) with a thickness of 1 µm to 100 µm with an imprint (3) with a thickness of 1 µm to 50 µm, placed on the layer (1) of the substrate with transparent foil, 10 µm to 500 µm thick. On the other side of the substrate layer (1) there is an adhesive layer (5) with a thickness of 5 µm to 100 µm, protected with anti-adhesive paper (6) or anti-adhesive foil. The substrate layer (1) is a transparent film of polyvinyl chloride PVC or polyethylene terephthalate PET or polypropylene PP or polyethylene PE or polycarbonate PC.
