Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest adapter do dostarczania impulsów elektrycznych o wysokiej amplitudzie do elektrod wewnątrzsercowych podczas zabiegów elektrofizjologicznych, zwłaszcza kardiowersji, defibrylacji i elektroporacji charakteryzujący się tym, że posiada dwuczęściową prostopadłościenną obudowę (1), którą stanowi pojemnik (4) oraz połączona z nim rozłącznie i szczelnie pokrywa (5) posiadająca w połowie długości swej wewnętrznej powierzchni pionowo usytuowaną przegrodę a po obu jej stronach w pokrywie tej wykonane są przelotowe otwory montażowe usytuowane w dwóch rzędach i równolegle do siebie oraz w identycznych ilościach w każdym z tych rzędów, przy czym w otworach tych usytuowanych obok przegrody oraz od strony pojemnika (4) osadzone są i połączone rozłącznie z tą pokrywą przełączniki (21) impulsów elektrycznych o wysokiej amplitudzie i napięciu, których górne końce wystają ponad górną — zewnętrzną powierzchnię pokrywy (5) i są do niej dociskane nakrętkami natomiast w kolejnych obustronnych dwóch rzędach przelotowych otworów wykonanych w pokrywie (5) również od strony pojemnika (4) osadzone są i połączone rozłącznie z tą pokrywą gniazda wtykowe (28), których górne pierścieniowe odsadzenia przylegają również do górnej zewnętrznej powierzchni pokrywy (5), natomiast w dwóch ścianach bocznych (37) tej pokrywy usytuowanych naprzeciw siebie posiadających po dwa przelotowe otwory osadzone są żeńskie złącza medyczne (39) z przewodami elektrycznymi (P1), a w otworze przelotowym kolejnej ściany bocznej tej pokrywy umieszczone są przewody elektryczne (42), których wewnętrzne końce połączone są z przełącznikami (21) impulsów elektrycznych.The subject of the invention is an adapter for delivering high amplitude electrical pulses to intracardiac electrodes during electrophysiological procedures, especially cardioversion, defibrillation and electroporation, characterized by the fact that it has a two-part cuboidal casing (1), which is a container (4) and connected to it detachably and tightly. the cover (5) having a vertically situated partition in the half of its inner surface and on both sides of the cover there are through mounting holes located in two rows and parallel to each other and in identical numbers in each of these rows, with the openings in these openings located next to the partition and on the side of the container (4), high amplitude and voltage switches (21) are mounted and detachably connected to this cover, the upper ends of which protrude above the upper - outer surface of the cover (5) and are pressed against it with nuts, while in the following ob secluded two rows of through holes made in the cover (5), also on the side of the container (4), are mounted and detachably connected to the cover with socket outlets (28), the upper annular shoulders of which also adjoin the upper outer surface of the cover (5), while in two female medical connectors (39) with electric wires (P1) are embedded in the side walls (37) of this cover, located opposite each other, with electric wires (P1), and electric wires (42) are placed in the through-hole of another side wall of this cover, the inner ends of which are connected to they are with switches (21) for electrical pulses.
