Układ do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej i ciepła, charakteryzuje się tym, że wyposażony jest w wysokotemperaturowy reaktor chłodzony helem (HTGR), w turboekspander wysokociśnieniowy (TEw) i w dodatkowy wymiennik ciepła (HP). Wysokotemperaturowy reaktor chłodzony helem (HTGR) połączony jest poprzez dodatkowy wymiennik ciepła (HP), z turboekspanderem wysokociśnieniowym (TEw) i ze sprężarką wysokoprężną (Sw), a turboekspander wysokociśnieniowy (TEw) połączony jest z nagrzewnicą (N).
