Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest analizator jakości procesu spalania dla kotłów małej mocy opalanych paliwami stałymi zawierający moduł sterujący, łączący się automatyką sterującą pracą kotła, oraz z ceramicznym elementem pomiarowym stężenia tlenu (2). Ceramiczny element pomiarowy stężenia tlenu (2) jest osadzony w przelotowym otworze obudowy metalowej (1) i wystaje powierzchnią pomiarową w kanale spalinowym. Metalowa obudowa (1) ceramicznego elementu pomiarowego stężenia tlenu (2) ma co najmniej dwa obwodowo rozmieszczone otwory przelotowe (5) wokół powierzchni pomiarowej (2.1) ceramicznego elementu pomiarowego (2).The subject of the application is a combustion process quality analyzer for low-power boilers fired with solid fuels, containing a control module connected to the boiler control automatics, and with a ceramic oxygen concentration measuring element (2). The ceramic measuring element for oxygen concentration (2) is seated in the through-opening of the metal housing (1) and projects with the measuring surface in the flue gas duct. The metal housing (1) of the ceramic oxygen measuring element (2) has at least two circumferentially spaced through-holes (5) around the measuring surface (2.1) of the ceramic measuring element (2).
