Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania nanocząstek tlenowo-cynkowych, w którym prekursor cynkoorganiczny poddaje się działaniu czynnika utleniającego, przy czym jako prekursor cynkoorganiczny stosuje się związek o wzorze (R)n(Zn)m(L)y(X)z, w którym R oznacza liniową, rozgałęzioną lub cykliczną grupę alkilową C1-C10 lub liniową, rozgałęzioną lub cykliczną grupę alkenylową C1-C10, grupę benzylową, grupę fenylową, grupę mezytylową, w których dowolny atom wodoru może być podstawiony atomem fluoru, chloru, bromu lub jodu; L oznacza neutralny donorowy ligand organiczny wybrany z grupy związków organicznych obejmujących aminę, fosfinę, tlenek fosfiny, sulfotlenek, keton, amid, iminę, eter, mocznik i jego organiczne pochodne, aminosilan lub perfluorowane pochodne tych związków, lub mieszaniny tych związków; X oznacza monoanionowy ligand organiczny pochodzący ze związku organicznego X-H, gdzie H oznacza atom wodoru o właściwościach kwasowych, przy czym związek X-H oznacza kwas karboksylowy, amid, aminę, imid, alkohol, mono- lub diester kwasu fosforowego(V), organiczne pochodne kwasu fosfinowego lub fosfonowego, fenol, merkaptan, hydroksykwas, aminokwas, hydroksyamid, aminoamid, hydroksyester, aminoester, hydroksyketon, aminoketon, mocznik i jego organiczne pochodne, silanol; aminosilan, merkaptosilan i organiczne pochodne alkoksysilanu lub perfluorowane pochodne tych związków, lub mieszaniny tych związków; m i n oznaczają liczby całkowite od 1 do 10; y i z oznaczają liczby całkowite od 0 do 10, przy czym jako czynnik utleniający stosuje się nadtlenek wodoru, kwas nadoctowy lub ozon, i prekursor cynkoorganiczny poddaje się działaniu czynnika utleniającego w atmosferze gazu obojętnego. Przedmiotem wynalazku są również nanocząstki nadtlenku cynku wytworzone za pomocą określonego powyżej sposobu oraz ich zastosowanie jako materiałów antybakteryjnych i bakteriostatycznych, jako składnika mieszanek pirotechnicznych, jako fotokatalizatora oraz jako jednoskładnikowych nieorganicznych prekursorów nanometrycznych form tlenku cynku (ZnO).
