Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe disulfonamidowe pochodne 5-anilino-7-fenylo-pirazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazyny przedstawione ogólnym wzorem 1, które charakteryzują się tym, że R oznacza podstawnik będący grupą: N-metylopiperazynową, pirolidynową, morfolinową, piperydynową, piperazynową, homopiperazynową, 2-morfolinoetyloaminową, 2-aminoetyloaminową, 2-aminoetanolowa, 2-amino-2-metylo-1,3-propanodiolową, 2-amino-2-metylo-1-propanolową, (S)-(+)-1-amino-2-propanolową, (R)-(-)-1-amino-2-propanolową, (S)-(+)-2-amino-1-propanolową, (R)-(-)-2-amino-1-propanolową, (S)-(+)-2-amino-3-metylo-1-butanolową, (R)-(-)-2-amino-3-metylo-1-butanolową, (S)-(+)-3-amino-1,2-propanodiolową, (R)-(-)-2-amino-1,2-propanodiolową, (S)-(+)-leucinolową, (R)-(-)-leucinolową, S-(+)-2-amino-1-butanolową, R-(-)-2-amino-1-butanolową, ester metylowy L-proliny i ester metylowy cis-4-hydroksy-L-proliny. Związki według wynalazku wykazują aktywność przeciwnowotworową, cytostatyczną, cytotoksyczną i antyproliferacyjną. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także nowy sposób wytwarzania disulfonamidowych pochodnych 5-anilino-7-fenylo-pirazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4] o ogólnym wzorze 1, a także zastosowania takich związków i kompozycja farmaceutyczna je zawierająca.The subject of the invention are new disulfonamide derivatives of 5-anilino-7-phenyl-pyrazolo [4,3-e] [1,2,4] triazines represented by the general formula 1, which are characterized in that R represents a substituent which is the group: N-methylpiperazine ( S) - (+) - 1-amino-2-propanol, (R) - (-) - 1-amino-2-propanol, (S) - (+) - 2-amino-1-propanol, (R) - (-) - 2-amino-1-propanol, (S) - (+) - 2-amino-3-methyl-1-butanol, (R) - (-) - 2-amino-3-methyl-1 -butanol, (S) - (+) - 3-amino-1,2-propanediol, (R) - (-) - 2-amino-1,2-propanediol, (S) - (+) - leucinol, ( R) - (-) - leucinol, S - (+) - 2-amino-1-butanol, R - (-) - 2-amino-1-butanol, L-proline methyl ester and cis-4-hydroxy methyl ester -L-proline. The compounds of the invention exhibit antitumor, cytostatic, cytotoxic and antiproliferative activities. The invention also relates to a new process for the preparation of 5-anilino-7-phenyl-pyrazolo [4,3-e] [1,2,4] disulfonamide derivatives of the general formula 1, as well as to the use of such compounds and a pharmaceutical composition thereof.
