Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest środek do nanopowłokowej ochrony antykorozyjnej, hydrofobowej, oleofobowej do elementów stalowych składający się ze składnika bazowego w postaci sieciowanych siloksanów, środków sieciujących oraz rozpuszczalników wodnych, który charakteryzuje się według wynalazku tym, z że składa się z środka bazowego w postaci tetraetoksysilanu w ilości 45 - 95% wagowych, substancji oleofobowych w postaci pentafluoroetanu w ilości 20 — 60% wagowych, substancji hydrofobowych w postaci tetrafluoroetanu w ilości 2 – 15% wagowych, oraz środka sieciującego w postaci krzemionki w ilości 0,2 — 5,0% wagowych. Wynalazek obejmuje również sposób ww. aplikacji środka.The subject of the application is an agent for nanocoating anti-corrosion, hydrophobic and oleophobic protection for steel elements, consisting of a base component in the form of cross-linked siloxanes, cross-linking agents and aqueous solvents, which, according to the invention, is characterized by the fact that it consists of a base agent in the form of tetraethoxysilane in the amount of 45-95 wt%, pentafluoroethane oleophobics 20-60 wt%, tetrafluoroethane hydrophobics 2-15 wt%, and silica crosslinker 0.2-5.0 wt%. The invention also includes the method of the above-mentioned agent application.
