Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób recyklingu polipropylenu pochodzącego z segregowanych surowców wtórnych, obejmujący etapy: rozdrabniania drogą cięcia i mielenia zbelowanych odpadów polipropylenu; przesiewania wibracyjnego frakcji mineralnej; mycia rozdrobnionych strzępów polipropylenu; separacji strzępów polipropylenu wg kolorów; suszenia strzępów; wytłaczania w wytłaczarce, korzystnie jednoślimakowej; granulowania; i dezodoracji, przy czym desorpcja termiczna prowadzona jest przez co najmniej 2 godziny, korzystnie co najmniej 3 godziny, w strumieniu powietrza o temperaturze od 60°C do 70°C, korzystnie 65°C, przy czym strumień powietrza po przejściu przez granulat kieruje się na układ filtracji powietrza obejmujący filtr wstępny wyposażony w złoże z granulatem gumowym o uziarnieniu od 0,3 mm do 4 mm, korzystnie od 0,5 mm do 2,5 mm.
