Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest silnik unipolarny, przetwarzający energię prądu elektrycznego na energię kinetyczną ruchu obrotowego. Silnik unipolarny zawiera pionowy, cylindryczny magnes trwały (1), namagnesowany w kierunku osiowym, wykonany z materiału o dużej remanencji i koercji magnetycznej, przewodzącego prąd elektryczny, korzystnie ze stopu aluminium, niklu i kobaltu (A1NiCo). Górny koniec magnesu trwałego (1) jest zamknięty pokrywą (2) z osadzonym jej środku łożyskiem oporowym (3), mającym od dołu stożkowe zagłębienie i oś łożyska oporowego (3) pokrywa się z osią magnesu trwałego (1). W stożkowym zagłębieniu łożyska oporowego (3) znajduje się wierzchołek pionowego pręta (4), osadzonego w podstawie (5). Do dolnej części cylindrycznej powierzchni magnesu trwałego (1) dotyka pierścień (6) połączony przez wspornik (7) z gniazdem (8) dla wtyku osadzonym w podstawie (5). Dolna część pionowego pręta (4) jest również połączona przewodem z drugim gniazdem (10) dla wtyku też osadzonym w podstawie (5). Oprócz tego: pokrywa (2), łożysko oporowe (3), pionowy pręt (4), pierścień (6), wspornik (7), przewód (9) i gniazda (8), (10) dla wtyków są wykonane z metalu nieferromagnetycznego, korzystnie z mosiądzu, natomiast podstawa (5) jest wykonana z materiału nieferromagnetycznego i elektroizolacyjnego, korzystnie z tekstolitu.The subject of the invention is a unipolar motor that converts the energy of electric current into kinetic energy of rotational motion. The unipolar motor comprises a vertical, cylindrical permanent magnet (1), axially magnetized, made of an electrically conductive material with high remanence and magnetic coercivity, preferably an alloy of aluminum, nickel and cobalt (A1NiCo). The upper end of the permanent magnet (1) is closed with a cover (2) with a thrust bearing (3) embedded in its center, having a conical recess at the bottom and the axis of the thrust bearing (3) coincides with the axis of the permanent magnet (1). In the conical recess of the thrust bearing (3) there is the top of the vertical rod (4), seated in the base (5). The lower part of the cylindrical surface of the permanent magnet (1) is touched by a ring (6) connected by the bracket (7) with the socket (8) for the plug embedded in the base (5). The lower part of the vertical rod (4) is also connected by a wire to the second socket (10) for the plug also seated in the base (5). In addition: cover (2), thrust bearing (3), vertical rod (4), ring (6), bracket (7), cable (9) and sockets (8), (10) for plugs are made of non-ferromagnetic metal , preferably brass, while the base (5) is made of a non-ferromagnetic and electrically insulating material, preferably textolite.
