Abstract

The subject of the application is a urethane acrylate which is characterized in that it contains from 4.5% to 7.9% by weight. glycerins and zucrolol containing from 4 to 6 carbon atoms in the molecule and primary and secondary hydroxyl groups. The application also covers a process for the preparation of urethane acrylate, which is characterized in that in the first step, the isocyanate component is introduced into the reactor in an amount of 44 to 58% by weight, and then the catalyst is added to it in an amount of 0.05 to 0, 9% by weight, and then the whole is mixed intensively, and then a mixture of glycerin and sucrose with 4 to 6 carbon atoms in the molecule and primary and secondary hydroxyl groups in the amount of 0.3 to 0.7 is dosed into the reaction mixture. mole of hydroxyl groups per mole of isocyanate groups of the isocyanate component. The reaction mixture is then heated to a temperature in the range of 100 to 120 ° C and stirred vigorously while maintaining this temperature. It then proceeds to the second stage, in which the reaction mixture is cooled to a temperature in the range of 75 ° C to 85 ° C and acrylate is metered in in an amount of 30% to 41% by weight, the reaction mixture is kept at a temperature in the range of 75 ° C. C to 85 ° C, stirring vigorously until the isocyanate groups are gone.
