Abstract
Blok charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera kompozytowy korpus, będący wycinkiem zużytej łopaty turbiny wiatrowej zawierającym fragment krawędzi natarcia (8), krawędzi spływu (9) oraz powierzchni nawietrznej (6) i powierzchni zawietrznej (7) tej zużytej łopaty. Korpus jest otwarty od góry oraz od dołu, a fragmenty powierzchni nawietrznej (6), powierzchni zawietrznej (7), krawędzi natarcia (8) oraz krawędzi spływu (9) zużytej łopaty stanowią jego ścianki boczne, a ponadto wnętrze korpusu ma wypełnienie z materiału zasypowego. Sposób wykonania charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszej kolejności na zużytej łopacie turbiny wiatrowej wyznacza się odcinek pomiędzy jej noskiem a nasadą do mocowania w piaście, po czym w obrębie tego odcinka, wycina się, w dwóch równoległych względem siebie płaszczyznach wycięcia, korpus bloku, w postaci wycinka o zamkniętym przekroju poprzecznym, zawierającego fragment krawędzi natarcia (8), krawędzi spływu (9), powłoki nawietrznej (6) oraz powłoki zawietrznej (7) tej łopaty, następnie ten korpus wypełnia się materiałem zasypowym, wykonując jego wypełnienie. Sposób wykonania budowli charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszej kolejności na ustabilizowanym podłożu układa się co najmniej jedną warstwę bloków, a po ułożeniu wszystkich bloków całość pokrywa się warstwą wierzchnią. Każdorazowo dla ułożenia warstwy bloków w pierwszej kolejności układa się korpusy bloków o równych wysokościach, a następnie wnętrza korpusów wypełnia się materiałem zasypowym, wykonując wypełnienie bloku, przy czym wolne przestrzenie pomiędzy korpusami również wypełnia się materiałem zasypowym.
