Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest łóżko szpitalno-rehabilitacyjne składające się z ramy opartej na stacjonarnych nogach oraz leża do przechyłu bocznego i osadzonego w ramie wahadłowo, w którym ramę tworzą profile zamknięte o kształcie zbliżonym do prostokąta łączące zagłówek oraz zanóżek łóżka, charakteryzujące się tym, że w centralnej części zagłówka (4a) oraz zanóżka umiejscowione jest gniazdo łączące ramę (2) łóżka z leżem, które to leże zawiera kołyskę połączoną za pomocą trzpieni z dwoma ruchomymi skrzydłami bocznymi, przy czym kołyska składa się z dna, dwóch boków, zagłówka kołyski oraz zanóżka kołyski, przy czym na krańcach górnych profili boków kołyski przymocowane są elementy zawiasów, które razem z tulejami umiejscowionymi na skrzydłach bocznych tworzą zawiasy, natomiast w części centralnej części zagłówka kołyski oraz zanóżka kołyski, po zewnętrznej stronie kołyski są przyspawane trzpienie, które po osadzeniu w gniazdach ramy (2) łączą leże z ramą (2) łóżka (1), ponadto zagłówek kołyski jest wyposażony w bolec umiejscowiony na wysokości trzpienia, który razem z dolnym mocowaniem siłownika (12) umiejscowionym w dolnej części ramy (2) łóżka (1) zapewnia mocowanie siłownika pionowego (13), który razem z siłownikiem poziomym (14), umieszczonym pod kołyską w górnej części ramy (2) łóżka (1) i połączonym ramieniem ruchomym (15) z dolną częścią ramy (2) łóżka (1), stanowi napęd leża kontrolowany przez moduł sterujący (16) umieszczony w dolnej części ramy (2) łóżka (1); ponadto skrzydła leża zamocowane do boków kołyski, a każde skrzydło posiada kółka osadzone na trzpieniach, a górna część ramy (2) łóżka (1) zaopatrzona jest w poprzeczki do prowadzenia kółek.The subject of the application is a hospital and rehabilitation bed consisting of a frame based on stationary legs and a bed for lateral tilt and pendulum mounted in the frame, in which the frame is made of closed profiles of a rectangular shape connecting the headrest and the footrest of the bed, characterized by the fact that in the central part of the headrest (4a) and the leg, there is a socket connecting the frame (2) of the bed with the bed, which bed includes a cradle connected by pins with two movable side wings, the cradle consisting of a bottom, two sides, a cradle's headrest and a cradle's foot Hinge elements are attached to the ends of the upper side profiles of the cradle, which together with the sleeves located on the side wings form hinges, while in the central part of the cradle's headrest and cradle's leg, on the outer side of the cradle, the pins are welded on to the frame sockets.
