Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, powierzchni i ukladzie linii. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan mebli wypoczynkowych stanowi ich modulowa konstrukcja, która umozliwia skladanie mebli o dowolnej konfiguracji, w zaleznosci od zyczenia klienta.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku i na fotografiach. Modul 4 ma postac pojedynczego fotela z cokolem 7 i prawym bokiem 8. Narozny modul 5 ma postac trójkatnego siedziska 9 z cokolem 10 i polaczonych ze soba pod katem prostym poduszek 11 Modul 6 ma postac dwóch foteli o wspólnym cokole 12 i lewym boku 13. Modul 4 posiada pojemnik na posciel umieszczony pod siedziskiem 14, a modul 6 ma wysuwane siedziska 15 i opuszczane poduszki 16, co umozliwia przeksztalcenie kanapy naroznej 1 z kanapy do siedzenia na kanape do spania. Podnózek 2 stanowi wydluzona poduszka 17 umieszczona na drewnianych, profilowanych nogach 18. Podnózek 2 pelni funkcje relaksujaca dla wyciagnietych nóg podczas siedzenia na kanapie naroznej 1. Taboret 2g stanowi poduszka 17aumieszczona na drewnianych, profilowanych nogach 18. Taboret 2a sluzy jako miejsce do siedzenia przy stoliku 3. Stolik 3 sklada sie z drewnianych, profilowanych nóg 19 z poziomymi wyfrezowaniami w ich górnej czesci, w których umieszczony jest szklany blat 20. Modulowa budowa kanapy naroznej 1 umozliwia zestawienie innych kanap o nastepujacej konfiguracji: - kanapy dwuosobowej: modul 6 + prawy bok 8, - kanapy trzyosobowej: modul 6 + modul 4. Moduly 4, 5, 6 polaczone sa ze soba za pomoca szybkozlacznych zaczepów umieszczonych na ich powierzchniach bocznych. Tapicerka mebli wykonywana jest w pelnej gamie kolorystycznej, zarówno z materialów naturalnych, jak i sztucznych, przy czym cecha charakterystyczna jest polaczenie gladkiego materialu cokolów i boków z takim samym materialem zawierajacym desen, najczesciej o motywach roslinnych, siedzisk i poduszek. The subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture, intended for both daytime and nighttime relaxation. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape, surface, and arrangement of lines. The novelty and originality of the industrial design compared to known solutions for lounge furniture lies in its modular construction, which allows the furniture to be assembled in any configuration, depending on the customer's wishes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing and photographs. The set of furniture according to the industrial design consists of a corner sofa 1, a footrest g, a stool 2a and a table 3. The corner sofa 1 consists of three modules, modules 4, 5 and 6. Module 4 is in the form of a single armchair with a base 7 and a right side 8. Corner module 5 is in the form of a triangular seat 9 with a base 10 and cushions 11 connected at right angles. Module 6 is in the form of two armchairs with a common base 12 and a left side 13. Module 4 has a bedding container located under the seat 14, and module 6 has extendable seats 15 and foldable cushions 16, which allows the corner sofa 1 to be transformed from a sitting sofa to a sleeping sofa. The footrest 2 is an elongated cushion 17 placed on wooden, profiled legs 18. The footrest 2 serves a relaxing function for stretched legs when sitting on the corner sofa 1. The stool 2g is a cushion 17a placed on wooden, profiled legs 18. The stool 2a serves as a seat at the table 3. The table 3 consists of wooden, profiled legs 19 with horizontal millings in their upper part, in which a glass top 20 is placed. The modular structure of the corner sofa 1 allows for combining other sofas in the following configuration: - two-seater sofa: module 6 + right side 8, - three-seater sofa: module 6 + module 4. Modules 4, 5, 6 are connected to each other by means of quick-connect hooks placed on their side surfaces. The furniture upholstery is made in a full range of colors, from both natural and artificial materials, with a characteristic feature being the combination of smooth material for the bases and sides with the same material containing a pattern, most often with plant motifs, for the seats and cushions. The essential features of the industrial design are: - modular structure of the corner sofa 1 enabling quick assembly of another sofa of any configuration, according to the customer’s request, using quick-release side catches, - wooden, profiled sides 8, 13 which also function as ergonomically shaped armrests, - wooden, profiled legs 18, 19 of the footrest 2, stool 2a and table 3, - bedding container placed under the seat 14 of module 4, - extendable seats 15 and foldable cushions 16 enabling the corner sofa 1 to be used as a bed, - glass top 20 of table 3 placed in millings made in the upper parts of legs 19, - characteristic convexity of cushions H, 16, 21 below the stitching line 22, - combination of uniform fabric of plinths 7, 10, 12 and sides 8, 13 with the same fabric of seats 9, 14, 16 and containing a pattern.
