Abstract

Urządzenie dopalające gazy odlotowe ze spalania biopaliw stałych, w szczególności węglowodory oraz tlenki azotu, przeznaczone do kotłów rusztowych, zawierające ceramiczny wkład z grzałką elektryczną, charakteryzuje się tym, że ceramiczny wkład (1) montowany jest u wylotu komory spalania i przed wymiennikiem ciepła, jego szerokość (s) i głębokość (g) są wymiarami dostosowane do wymiarów przestrzeni pomiędzy komorą spalania a wymiennikiem ciepła, a wysokość (w) jest nie mniejsza niż szerokość (s) i ceramiczny wkład (1) ma wykonane przelotowe kanały spalinowe (8) o kierunku zgodnym z kierunkiem przepływu gazów odlotowych, w których umieszczona jest grzałka elektryczna (2) wykonana jako spirala grzewcza i ponadto ceramiczny wkład (1) posiada wbudowaną sondę pomiaru temperatury ceramicznego wkładu (1). The method of post-combustion of exhaust gases from the combustion of solid biofuels in grate boilers, in particular hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides with the use of the above device, consists in the fact that during the boiler start-up and operation, the controller, in accordance with the set algorithm, turns on the electric heater (2), when the ceramic temperature cartridge (1) is lower than 800 ° C and it is switched off when the temperature measurement of the ceramic cartridge (1) shows a value greater than 800 ° C.
