Abstract
Urządzenie dopalające gazy odlotowe ze spalania biopaliw stałych, w szczególności węglowodory oraz tlenki azotu, przeznaczone do kotłów rusztowych, zawierające ceramiczny wkład z grzałką elektryczną, charakteryzuje się tym, że ceramiczny wkład (1) montowany jest u wylotu komory spalania i przed wymiennikiem ciepła, jego szerokość (s) i głębokość (g) są wymiarami dostosowane do wymiarów przestrzeni pomiędzy komorą spalania a wymiennikiem ciepła, a wysokość (w) jest nie mniejsza niż szerokość (s) i ceramiczny wkład (1) ma wykonane przelotowe kanały spalinowe (8) o kierunku zgodnym z kierunkiem przepływu gazów odlotowych, w których umieszczona jest grzałka elektryczna (2) wykonana jako spirala grzewcza i ponadto ceramiczny wkład (1) posiada wbudowaną sondę pomiaru temperatury ceramicznego wkładu (1). Sposób dopalania gazów odlotowych ze spalania biopaliw stałych w kotłach rusztowych, w szczególności węglowodorów oraz tlenków azotu z zastosowaniem powyższego urządzenia polega na tym, że w czasie rozruchu i pracy kotła sterownik, zgodnie z zadanym algorytmem, załącza grzałkę elektryczną (2), gdy temperatura ceramicznego wkładu (1) jest niższa niż 800°C i wyłącza ją, gdy pomiar temperatury ceramicznego wkładu (1) wskaże wartość większą niż 800°C.The device for post-combustion of exhaust gases from the combustion of solid biofuels, in particular hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides, intended for grate boilers, containing a ceramic insert with an electric heater, is characterized by the fact that the ceramic insert (1) is installed at the outlet of the combustion chamber and in front of the heat exchanger, width (s) and depth (g) are dimensions adapted to the dimensions of the space between the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger, and the height (w) is not less than the width (s) and the ceramic insert (1) has through flue gas ducts (8) o the direction of the exhaust gas flow, in which the electric heater (2) is placed, which is made as a heating spiral and, moreover, the ceramic insert (1) has a built-in temperature measurement probe of the ceramic insert (1). The method of post-combustion of exhaust gases from the combustion of solid biofuels in grate boilers, in particular hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides with the use of the above device, consists in the fact that during the boiler start-up and operation, the controller, in accordance with the set algorithm, turns on the electric heater (2), when the ceramic temperature cartridge (1) is lower than 800 ° C and it is switched off when the temperature measurement of the ceramic cartridge (1) shows a value greater than 800 ° C.
