Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania opatrunku z przędzy lnianej z włókna niemodyfikowanego sucho skręcanego w postać wyrobu dzianego i opatrunek z przędzy lnianej. Sposób wytwarzania opatrunku z przędzy lnianej charakteryzuje się tym, że opatrunek wykonuje się z włókna niemodyfikowanego sucho skręcanego w postać wyrobu dzianego gdzie przędza przed dzianiem jest przewijana na przewijarce a w czasie przewijania wygładza się nierówności poprzez użycie kostek parafinowych lub woskowych dla zmniejszenia tarcia i wygładzenia nierówności, przy czym przędza jest przewijana co najmniej jednokrotnie a na zmniejszenie tarcia używa się parafiny w ilości od 0,0015 do 0,0025 kg na 1 kg przędzy lub wosku w ilości od 0,00075 kg do 0,0015 kg na 1 kg przędzy, a prędkość przewijania zawiera się w przedziale od 300 do 600 obrotów na minutę po czym formułuje się opatrunek w procesie dziania przy zastosowaniu slotu dziewiarskiego.The subject of the invention is a method of producing a linen yarn dressing from unmodified fibers, dry twisted into a knitted product and a linen yarn dressing. The method of producing a linen yarn dressing is characterized by the fact that the dressing is made of unmodified, dry twisted fiber into a knitted product, where the yarn is scrolled on a rewinder before knitting, and while rewinding, unevenness is smoothed by using paraffin or wax cubes to reduce friction and smooth out unevenness, the yarn is rewound at least once and the amount of paraffin in the amount of 0.0015 to 0.0025 kg per 1 kg of yarn or wax in the amount of 0.00075 kg to 0.0015 kg per 1 kg of yarn is used to reduce friction, and the scrolling speed ranges from 300 to 600 revolutions per minute, after which the dressing is formed by a knitting process using a knitting slot.
