Fig. 1 przedstawia kociol w przekroju podluznym; fig. 2 jest przekrojem po¬ przecznym wedlug linji A—B na fig. 1; fig. 3 jest przekrojem poprzecznym we¬ dlug linji C—D na fig. 1, i fig. 4 przedstawia szczegól komórek miedzyrurowych z wlozonemi w nie zwo¬ jami spiralnemi.Wewnatrz kotla a, a mianowicie w ko¬ morze g przegrzewacza, na konce plomie¬ niówek b nalozone sa wspólosiowo rury b1 o srednicy nieco wiekszej. Swieza para do¬ chodzi z kotla otworami d do zbiornika e, umieszczonego za komora przegrzewacza, stad wchodzi do przestrzeni miedzy rurami 6 i b* i po przegrzaniu wychodzi z tych ko¬ mórek i zbiera sie w komorze g. W komór-kach otworzonych z tyc_ rur wspólosio¬ wych sa ulozone zwoje spiralne /, tworza¬ ce drogi srubowe, któremi musi przecho¬ dzic swieza para, wirujac wokolo plomie- niówek 6. Para przegrzana, zbierajaca sie w komorze g, przedostaje sie nastepnie otworami i do rury h, przechodzaca przez przestrzen parowa w kotle, a z rury tej plynie do cylindra k.* *W-zewnetrznym koncu rury h, laczacej komore g pary przegrzanej z cylindrem k, umieszczony jest zawór /, który w razie zatrzymania maszyny odmyka sie, wsku¬ tek czego para przegrzana ma ujscie m, n do przestrzeni parowej kotla, co umozliwia krazenie pary wewnatrz kotla; w ten spo¬ sób zapobiega sie jednoczesnie przerwie normalnej cyrkulacji pary w przegrzewa- czu g oraz zbytniemu nagrzewaniu sie rur przegrzewacza w chwili zatrzymania pracy, gdy ogien w palenisku c nie zostal wyga¬ szony.W kotle wedlug niniejszego wynalazku plomieniówki mozna latwo przeczyszczac, gdyz sa dostepne, a niebezpieczenstwo przepalania sie ich jest zupelnie usuniete, PL PLIn commonly used boilers, superheaters are installed either inside the fire tubes or as coils in the smoke box. Such devices have the disadvantage that the fire tubes and superheater tubes cannot be sufficiently cleaned; as a result, the soot that accumulates on the tubes insulates the heat, resulting in fuel losses, and the required temperature is not achieved in the superheater tubes, while the outer tubes burn out due to excess heat. The present invention eliminates these disadvantages. Its novelty lies in the fact that the ends of the fire tubes pass through a superheater chamber arranged at the front of the boiler and are there surrounded by tubes which, together with the outer surface of the ends of the fire tubes, form annular chambers through which the fresh steam flows. A fire tube boiler with a superheater according to the present invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows the boiler in longitudinal section; Fig. 2 is a cross-section according to line A—B in Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a cross-section along the lines C—D in Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 shows a detail of the intertubular cells with the spiral windings inserted therein. Inside the boiler a, namely in the superheater chamber g, tubes b1 of a slightly larger diameter are placed coaxially on the ends of the fire tubes b. The live steam comes from the boiler through holes d to the tank e, located behind the superheater chamber, from where it enters the space between the tubes 6 and b* and after being superheated, it leaves these cells and collects in chamber g. In the cells opened at the back of the coaxial tubes, spiral coils / are arranged, creating helical paths through which the live steam must pass, swirling around the fire tubes 6. The superheated steam, collecting in chamber g, then passes through holes i to the pipe h, passing through the steam space in the boiler, and from this pipe flows to cylinder k*. *At the outer end of pipe h, connecting the superheated steam chamber g with cylinder k, there is a valve /, which opens in the event of the machine stopping, as a result of which the steam The superheated water has an outlet m, n to the boiler's steam space, which allows steam to circulate inside the boiler; this prevents both the interruption of normal steam circulation in the superheater g and excessive heating of the superheater tubes when the operation is stopped, when the fire in the furnace c has not been extinguished. In the boiler according to the present invention, the smoke tubes can be easily cleaned, as they are accessible, and the danger of them burning out is completely eliminated.
