Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of obtaining fertilizer from stabilized post-process sludge, consisting in mixing the post-process sludge with the addition of sodium alginate and a solution of calcium chloride in the form of granules, characterized by the use of post-process sludge with hydration of 55 - 94% containing organic carbon in in an amount of 1 - 65% by weight, preferably nitrogen in an amount of 0.01 - 15% by weight, magnesium in an amount of 0.2 - 10% by weight, preferably phosphorus or preferably phosphorus compounds expressed as P2O5 in an amount of 0.05 - 15% by weight, preferably potassium or preferably potassium compounds expressed as K2O in an amount of 0.01-1% by weight, preferably lime or preferably lime compounds expressed as CaO in an amount of 0.1-50% by weight, mixed with trisodium phosphate in an amount calculated by per 1 g of magnesium expressed as Mg2 + ions 0.1-10 g of trisodium phosphate are added, and then sodium alginate is added and stirred, and the thus reacted mixture is added dropwise to the chloride solution in calcium or barium chloride at a concentration of 1 - 10%, preferably 2%, and it is allowed to harden the resulting granules, preferably for 5 - 30 minutes. The subject of the invention is also fertilizer made of stabilized post-process sludge.
