Abstract
The subject of the application is a method of obtaining antibacterial zinc oxide nanocomposites by extracellular biosynthesis using a supernatant obtained from the culture of a lactic acid bacteria strain and a precursor in the form of zinc nitrate, characterized by the fact that the lactic acid bacteria strain is the Lactobacillus paracasei LPC20 strain deposited under the number B / 00287 a to The post-culture supernatant is added with simultaneous stirring of zinc nitrate at a concentration of 0.1 g / mL, and the biosynthesis process is carried out at 60 ° C for 1 h, then the supernatant is heated at 100 ° C until the liquid is completely evaporated and the nanocomposite is obtained in the form of a powder, then the nanocomposite is purified by washing it three times with deionized water and centrifugation.
