Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania biodegradowalnych, mikroelementowych komponentów nawozowych charakteryzujący się tym, że pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, prowadzi się kondensację termiczną alifatycznych amin I-rzędowych, korzystnie N-butyloaminy z D-glukonolaktonem do otrzymania N-butylo-D-glukonamidu lub jego pochodnych przy czym alifatyczną aminę I-rzędową, korzystnie N-butyloaminę wprowadza się jako 33% roztwór metanolowy do zawiesiny D-glukonolaktonu w temperaturze 50°C, a reakcję prowadzi się przez 3,5 godziny a otrzymany roztwór N-butylo-D-glukonamidu lub roztwór jego pochodnych poddaje się reakcji chelatacji z pięciowodnym siarczanem Cu(II) w postaci sypkiej stosunku molowym liganda do jonów metalu 1:1 do 1:2 lub z czterowodnym siarczanem Mn(II) w postaci roztworu wodnego w stosunku molowym liganda do jonów metalu 1:1 do 1:2.The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining biodegradable, micronutrient fertilizer components, characterized in that at atmospheric pressure, thermal condensation of primary aliphatic amines, preferably N-butylamine, is carried out with D-gluconolactone to obtain N-butyl-D-gluconamide or its derivatives at whereby a primary aliphatic amine, preferably N-butylamine, is introduced as a 33% methanol solution into the D-gluconolactone suspension at 50 ° C, and the reaction is carried out for 3.5 hours and the resulting N-butyl-D-gluconamide solution or solution its derivatives are chelated with Cu (II) sulphate pentahydrate in the form of a loose molar ratio of ligand to metal ions 1: 1 to 1: 2 or with Mn (II) tetrahydrate sulphate in the form of an aqueous solution in the molar ratio of ligand to metal ions 1: 1 to 1: 2.
