Abstract
Czujnik do pomiaru intensywności ruchu powietrza posiada podstawę (1) w postaci wielokąta. Podstawa (1) może być zarówno pełnym wielokątem jak i wielokątem posiadającym jedynie obrys krawędzi z centralną wolną powierzchnią na przyjęcie innego czujnika o podobnym kształcie. W prezentowanym przykładzie podstawa wykonana jest z płytki PCB z polami lutowniczymi. Z kątów podstawy (1) wyprowadzone są krawędzie boczne (2) w ilości równej ilości kątów wielokąta w podstawie. W prezentowanym przykładzie są to cztery krawędzie. Krawędzie boczne (2) wznoszą się od podstawy do góry i są pochylone w taki sposób, że ich końce łączą się tworząc wierzchołek lub, w przypadku czujnika w kształcie ostrosłupa ściętego, nie łączą się i tworzą płaszczyznę mniejszą od podstawy nad powierzchnią podstawy. Każda krawędź posiada na swojej długości szereg równooddalonych przestrzeni mocujących (3) na przyjęcie pojedynczego zwoju drutu (4) stanowiącego element rezystancyjny przeznaczony do podgrzewania prądem elektrycznym.The sensor for measuring the intensity of air movement has a base (1) in the form of a polygon. The base (1) can be either a solid polygon or a polygon having only an edge contour with a central free surface to receive another sensor of a similar shape. In the presented example, the base is made of a PCB with solder pads. The side edges (2) are derived from the base angles (1) in an amount equal to the number of polygon angles at the base. In the presented example, there are four edges. The side edges (2) rise from the base upwards and are inclined such that their ends meet to form a vertex or, in the case of a truncated pyramid sensor, do not connect and form a plane smaller than the base above the base surface. Each edge has along its length a series of equidistant clamping spaces (3) for receiving a single coil of wire (4) constituting a resistance element to be heated by electric current.
