Abstract

Z wałem zintegrowany jest pierwszy krótki bok (3.1) mechanizmu równoległoboku przegubowego (3), którego drugi krótki bok (3.2) dolnym końcem obrotowo połączony jest z uchem (4.1) czworobocznej platformy (4). Mechanizm równoległoboku przegubowego (3) ma zabudowany pierwszy siłownik hydrauliczny (5) o ruchu posuwistym połączony z dwoma przeciwległymi węzłami obrotu mechanizmu równoległoboku przegubowego (3). Drugi siłownik hydrauliczny (6) o ruchu posuwistym jednym swym końcem połączony jest obrotowo z drugim krótkim bokiem (3.2) mechanizmu równoległoboku przegubowego (3), a drugim swym końcem połączony jest obrotowo z uchem (4.1) platformy (4).A working platform, built especially on a self-propelled mining shearer, according to the invention, equipped with movable platforms located on both sides of the shearer's cutting head boom, and the platform is connected to a hydraulic cylinder and has safety barriers and a ladder, characterized by the fact that a rotary hydraulic cylinder (2) with a vertical shaft is attached on each side of the roadheader's hull of the support arm of the lift arm of the bow casing elements. Integrated with the shaft is the first short side (3.1) of the articulated parallelogram mechanism (3), the second short side (3.2) of which is pivotally connected with the lower end of the eye (4.1) of the quadrilateral platform (4). The articulated parallelogram mechanism (3) has a built-in first hydraulic cylinder (5) with a sliding motion connected to two opposite rotation nodes of the articulated parallelogram mechanism (3). The second hydraulic cylinder (6) with a reciprocating motion, with its one end, is pivotally connected with the other short side (3.2) of the articulated parallelogram mechanism (3), and with its other end it is pivotally connected with the eye (4.1) of the platform (4).
