Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element z metalu, tworzywa sztucznego, szkła lub z tkaniny, zawierający antydrobnoustrojową barierę, charakteryzuje się tym, że barierę stanowią trzy warstwy metalu w postaci miedzi, srebra i złota o grubości od 10 do 100 nm każda, przy czym całkowita grubość bariery wynosi od 30 do 150 nm. Korzystnie miedź stanowi ostatnią, zewnętrzną warstwę bariery. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania antydrobnoustrojowych barier na powierzchniach wykonanych z metalu, tworzywa sztucznego, szkła lub tkaniny, z wykorzystaniem osadzania metali z fazy gazowej metodą rozpylania magnetronowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że barierę wytwarza się osadzając na podłożu trzy warstwy metali w postaci miedzi, srebra i złota o grubości od 10 do 100 nm każda, przy czym całkowita grubość bariery wynosi od 30 do 150 nm.
