Abstract
Urządzenie zawiera dla usuwania zabrudzeń z czyszczonych powierzchni, moduł ultradźwiękowy do czyszczenia ultradźwiękowego oraz moduł mechaniczny do mechanicznego usuwania zabrudzeń z mytych powierzchni, przy czym posiada ono komorę myjącą (6), wewnątrz której jest umieszczona podczas mycia łopata zamocowana wertykalnie w transportowym uchwycie (15). Obok komory myjącej (6) jest stacja dokująca (17) z zadokowanym w niej transportowanym wózkiem (24) ze stołem (16) na uchwyty (15) z zamocowanymi w nich łopatami. Moduł ultradźwiękowy jest w postaci ultradźwiękowej wanny (7) umieszczonej na dnie komory myjącej (6). Wewnątrz wanny (7) są umieszczone, podczas ultradźwiękowego mycia, zamek łopaty i jej elementy mocujące. Moduł mechaniczny jest w postaci obrotowych szczotek (8) i natryskowych dysz (9) do mechanicznego mycia pióra łopaty i jej płukania. Szczotki (8) i dysze (9) są rozmieszczone nad wanną (7) obok mytej łopaty, wertykalnie w konstrukcji ramowej urządzenia. Sposób mycia łopat prowadzi się z wykorzystaniem urządzenia do mycia, określonego powyżej. Mycie prowadzi się automatycznie, poprzez sterowanie elektryczne, w komorze myjącej (6). Do mycia zamka łopaty i jej elementów mocujących stosuje się technikę ultradźwięków integralnie połączoną z myciem mechanicznym do mycia pozostałych powierzchni łopaty za pomocą obrotowych szczotek (8) i natryskowych dysz (9).The device includes, for removing dirt from the surfaces to be cleaned, an ultrasonic module for ultrasonic cleaning and a mechanical module for the mechanical removal of dirt from the surfaces to be cleaned, and it has a washing chamber (6) inside which a shovel mounted vertically in the transport holder (15) is placed during cleaning. . Next to the washing chamber (6) there is a docking station (17) with a trolley (24) docked therein with a table (16) for handles (15) with blades fixed in them. The ultrasonic module is in the form of an ultrasonic tub (7) placed at the bottom of the washing chamber (6). Inside the bath (7) there are placed, during ultrasonic cleaning, the lock of the shovel and its fastening elements. The mechanical module is in the form of rotating brushes (8) and spray nozzles (9) for mechanically washing the blade and rinsing it. The brushes (8) and nozzles (9) are arranged above the tub (7) next to the shovel to be washed, vertically in the frame structure of the device. The method of washing the blades is carried out using the washing apparatus as defined above. Washing is carried out automatically, by electric control, in the washing chamber (6). For washing the blade lock and its fasteners, the ultrasound technique, integrally combined with mechanical washing, is used to wash the remaining blade surfaces using rotating brushes (8) and spray nozzles (9).
