The openwork-rhomboidal structure with a hydrophobic filling, made of metal, polymer or alloy, has a thickness of 5-15 mm. Preferably, the openwork-diamond structure has a "honeycomb" shape. The openwork-rhomboidal layer is filled with a hydrophobic, soundproofing or preferably fungicidal agent.
