Abstract

The method of verifying the resistance of bellows gas meters to the magnetic field of neodymium magnets is characterized by the fact that in the first stage a leakage test and metrological test of the gas meter are carried out, during which the initial errors of E1 indications and the initial pressure loss ΔP1 in the gas meter without a neodymium magnet are determined, by measuring six times in each volume stream: and then the average value of these errors Es1 is calculated, and the average value of the pressure loss ΔPs1, then in the second stage a neodymium magnet with the parameters of at least: N38 type with an energy density of 286 ÷ 302 kJ / m3 and dimensions ø is applied 70 x 30 mm to the gas meter housing in the place where ferromagnetic elements of the measuring device or the gas volume recording system of the gas meter are located.
