Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stanowisko do syntezy indukowanej polem magnetycznym posiadające podstawę oraz przytwierdzone do niej dwa jednakowe uchwyty na magnesy ustawione do siebie równolegle, charakteryzujące się tym, że podstawa (1) składa się z części środkowej zawierającej wydzieloną strefę umieszczenia płaskodennego reaktora cylindrycznego ograniczoną podwyższonymi brzegami (4) oraz z dwóch części bocznych do mocowania uchwytów na magnesy (2 i 3), które to uchwyty (2 i 3) składają się odpowiednio z oprawy magnesu zawierającej zakładkę zabezpieczającą (5) oraz z podstawy uchwytu o kształcie zbliżonym do trapezu i zawierającej otwór, w który wpasowane są śruby (6 i 7), przy czym zakładka zabezpieczająca (5) jest umieszczana w części czołowej oprawy magnesu skierowanej ku części środkowej podstawy (1), natomiast z przeciwnej strony uchwyty (2 i 3) zabezpieczone są płaskownikami (8), przy czym uchwyty (2 i 3) są mocowane do podstawy (1) stanowiska poprzez śruby (6 i 7) zakończone pokrętłami (9 i 10) oraz połączeniem ślizgowym pryzmatycznym wytworzonym między wcięciem podstawy uchwytu a częścią boczną podstawy (1).The subject of the invention is a stand for magnetic field induced synthesis having a base and two identical magnet holders arranged in parallel to each other, characterized in that the base (1) consists of a central part containing a separate zone for placing a flat-bottom cylindrical reactor limited by raised edges ( 4) and two side parts for attaching magnet holders (2 and 3), which holders (2 and 3) consist respectively of a magnet holder with a securing tab (5) and a trapezoidal holder base with a hole in which the screws (6 and 7) are fitted, the securing tab (5) is placed in the front part of the magnet holder facing the central part of the base (1), while on the opposite side the handles (2 and 3) are secured with flat bars (8 ), while the handles (2 and 3) are attached to the base (1) of the stand by screws (6 and 7) ended with handles (9 and 10) and a prismatic sliding connection created between the indentation of the handle base and the side part of the base (1).
