Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kolagenowa kapa łąkotkowa zwłaszcza do pokrywania łąkotki u człowieka i sposób wytwarzania kolagenowej kapy łąkotkowej. Kolagenowa kapa łąkotkowa ma zastosowanie w ortopedii do leczenia łąkotek u ludzi jak i w weterynarii do leczenia uszkodzeń łąkotki u zwierząt. Kapę łąkotkową stanowi zestaw dwóch płytek (1) o kształcie łąkotki bocznej lub przyśrodkowej, każda w postaci warstwy błony kolagenowej, osadzonej na usztywniającym szkielecie z polimeru (2), połączonych elastycznym zawiasem (3), przy czym grubość warstwy błony kolagenowej zawiera się w granicach H (0,4 — 09) mm, korzystnie 0,6 mm, zaś grubość warstwy polimeru zawiera się w granicach h (0,2 - 06) mm, korzystnie 0,45 mm, a szkielet z polimeru (2) ma kształt przecinających się odcinków tworzących siatkę. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania kapy łąkotkowej, który polega na tym, że z materiału biowchłanialnego lub/i biodegradalnego tworzy się, korzystnie w technologii 3D drukując bezpośrednio na błonie kolagenowej, dwa szkielety polimerowe (2) o kształcie łąkotki bocznej lub przyśrodkowej i jego lustrzanego odbicia łączy się trwale polimer z błoną kolagenową, po czym wycina się połączone płytki (1) do uzyskania kształtu łąkotki bocznej lub przyśrodkowej, korzystnie gilotyną, następnie składa się wycięte płytki (1) błony kolagenowej tak, żeby wewnętrzne krawędzie płytek (1) pokryły się i błony kolagenowe nałożyły na siebie, dalej pokrywa się klejem tkankowym krawędzie wewnętrznej krzywizny (4) obu płytek (1) błony kolagenowej do wewnętrznego obrysu wydruku szkieletu polimerowego (2), następnie skleja się wewnętrzne krawędzie do utworzenia zawiasu (3) kapy łąkotkowej, po czym zestaw suszy się w temperaturze otoczenia do uzyskania efektu sklejenia.
