Kompozycja zaczynu ultraszczelnego na bazie cementu i wody zarobowej z dodatkami modyfikującymi charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera 100 cz. wag. cementu klasy CEM I 42, 5R, oraz w stosunku do cementu od 0,3 do 0,6 cz. wag. mieszaniny estrów nienasyconych kwasów tłuszczowych rafinowanych węglowodorów, od 0,1 do 0,3 cz. wag. mieszaniny modyfikowanych związków lignosulfonianowych i naftalenowych, od 0,2 do 0,4 cz. wag. mieszaniny organicznych polimerów i modyfikowanych kopolimerów rozpuszczalnych w wodzie, od 1,5 do 2,5 cz. wag. chlorku wapnia, od 4 do 8 cz. wag. wodnej dyspersji kopolimeru butadienowo-styrenowo-amidowego z dodatkiem środków modyfikujących, od 0, 4 do 0,8 cz. wag. roztworu wodnego mieszaniny etoksylowanych alkoholi nienasyconych, od 0,5 do 1,5 cz. wag. wodnego roztworu nanokrzemionki hydrofilowej, a także zawiera 50 cz. wag. wody zarobowej.The composition of the ultra-tight grout based on cement and make-up water with modifying additives is characterized by the fact that it contains 100 parts of wt. CEM I 42, 5R class cement, and in relation to cement from 0.3 to 0.6 parts. wt. mixtures of esters of unsaturated fatty acids of refined hydrocarbons, from 0.1 to 0.3 parts wt. mixtures of modified lignosulfonate and naphthalene compounds, from 0.2 to 0.4 parts wt. mixtures of organic polymers and modified copolymers soluble in water, from 1.5 to 2.5 parts wt. calcium chloride, 4 to 8 parts wt. aqueous dispersion of styrene-butadiene-amide copolymer with the addition of modifying agents, from 0.4 to 0.8 part wt. an aqueous solution of a mixture of ethoxylated unsaturated alcohols, from 0.5 to 1.5 parts wt. of an aqueous solution of hydrophilic nanosilica, and also contains 50 parts. wt. make-up water.
