Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania nawozowej saletry amonowej z wypełniaczem w postaci dolomitu wapnistego, metodą granulacji mechanicznej, charakteryzujący się tym, że do granulatora o temperaturze 100°C - 115°C wprowadza się stop azotanu amonu z dodatkiem 0,05 — 1,0% masowych siarczanu amonu o łącznym stężeniu soli 95,0 — 97,5% masowych oraz zmielony dolomit wapnisty o zawartości 18,0 - 20,4% masowych magnezu w przeliczeniu na MgO w ilości 0,021 - 0,107 części masowych w stosunku do masy wprowadzonego stopu azotanu amonu, po czym uzyskane granule suszy się, klasyfikuje, wydzieloną frakcję produktu kondycjonuje się, a niewymiarowe frakcje produktu po ewentualnym rozdrobnieniu zawraca do granulatora.The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining fertilizing ammonium nitrate with a limestone dolomite filler by mechanical granulation, characterized in that an ammonium nitrate alloy with the addition of 0.05 - 1.0% is introduced into the granulator at a temperature of 100 ° C - 115 ° C. by mass of ammonium sulphate with a total salt concentration of 95.0 - 97.5% by mass and ground limestone dolomite with a content of 18.0 - 20.4% by mass of magnesium in terms of MgO in the amount of 0.021 - 0.107 mass parts in relation to the mass of the nitrate alloy introduced ammonium, then the obtained granules are dried, classified, the separated product fraction is conditioned, and the undersized product fractions, after possible grinding, are returned to the granulator.
