Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozyt ceramiczno-metaliczny do napawania łukowego lub przetapiania piecowego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z osnowy metalicznej zawierającej: od 10 do 21% wagowych chromu, korzystnie 16%, od 3 do 6% wagowych krzemu, korzystnie 4%, od 2 do 5% wagowych boru, korzystnie 3,5%, od 2 do 5% wagowych żelaza, korzystnie 4%, od 0,5 do 1% wagowych węgla, korzystnie 0,7%, przy czym co najmniej 65% wagowych korzystnie stanowi nikiel, oraz wzmocnienia ceramicznego zawierającego: od 30 do 60% wagowych sferoidalnego węglika wolframu, korzystnie 55%, od 3 do 10% wagowych ostro krawędziowego węglika tytanu TiC, korzystnie 35% oraz od 5 do 20% wagowych diamentu polikrystalicznego HID-PD-Co, korzystnie 10%, przy czym stosunek % wagowy wzmocnienia ceramicznego do osnowy wynosi 70/30, korzystnie 60/40% wagowych.The subject of the application is a ceramic-metal composite for arc deposition or furnace remelting, which is characterized in that it consists of a metal matrix containing: from 10 to 21% by weight of chromium, preferably 16%, from 3 to 6% by weight of silicon, preferably 4% , from 2 to 5% by weight of boron, preferably 3.5%, from 2 to 5% by weight of iron, preferably 4%, from 0.5 to 1% by weight of carbon, preferably 0.7%, with at least 65% by weight preferably nickel, and a ceramic reinforcement comprising: from 30 to 60% by weight of spheroidal tungsten carbide, preferably 55%, from 3 to 10% by weight of sharp-edged titanium carbide TiC, preferably 35% and from 5 to 20% by weight of polycrystalline diamond HID-PD - Co, preferably 10%, the ratio by weight of the ceramic reinforcement to the matrix being 70/30, preferably 60/40% by weight.
