Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biodegradowalne podłoże do uprawy roślin zawierające warstwę główną (21) w postaci zwartej struktury wzajemnie splątanych włókien kokosowych i włókien lnianych charakteryzujące się tym, że warstwa główna (21) podłoża (20, 30) zawiera włókna: - włókna kokosowe w ilości od 25 do 75% wag. całkowitej masy wszystkich włókien warstwy głównej (21) podłoża, obejmujące: długie włókna kokosowe, o długości od 80 do 250 mm, w ilości od 40 do 60% wag. w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy włókien kokosowych i krótsze włókna kokosowe, o długości od 30 do 79 mm, w ilości od 40 do 60% wag. w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy włókien kokosowych, oraz - włókna lniane w ilości od 25 do 75% wag. całkowitej masy wszystkich włókien warstwy głównej (21) podłoża, obejmujące: długie włókna lniane, o długości od 30 do 300 mm, w ilości od 50 do 80% wag. w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy włókien lnianych oraz krótsze włókna lniane o długości od 10 do 30 mm, w ilości od 20 do 50% wag. w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy włókien lnianych, oraz - dodatki: hydrożel substancję wiążącą na bazie kwasu poliakrylowego z dodatkiem aminy jako czynnika sieciującego oraz fosforanów (V) metali alkalicznych: sodu i/lub potasu, oraz kwasy humusowe, w łącznej ilości wszystkich dodatków zakresie od 0,5 do 2% wag. całkowitej masy wszystkich włókien, przy czym warstwa główna (21) podłoża (20, 30) ma postać igłowanej maty o grubości w zakresie od 1,3 do 1,5 cm, gęstości przeigłowań maty w zakresie od 4 do 9 przeigłowań/cm<sup>2</sup> i gęstości powierzchniowej maty od 920 do 1080 g/m<sup>2</sup>. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania ww. podłoża do uprawy roślin.The subject of the application is a biodegradable plant growing substrate containing the main layer (21) in the form of a compact structure of mutually entangled coconut fibers and flax fibers, characterized in that the main layer (21) of the substrate (20, 30) contains fibers: 25 to 75 wt.% the total mass of all fibers of the main layer (21) of the substrate, including: long coir, 80 to 250 mm long, in an amount of 40 to 60 wt.%. % with respect to the total weight of coir and shorter coir, 30 to 79 mm long, in an amount of 40 to 60 wt.%. % with respect to the total weight of coconut fibers, and - flax fibers in an amount from 25 to 75 wt. of the total weight of all fibers of the main layer (21) of the substrate, including: long flax fibers, 30 to 300 mm long, in an amount of 50 to 80 wt.%. % with respect to the total weight of the flax fibers and shorter flax fibers with a length of 10 to 30 mm, in an amount of 20 to 50 wt.%. with respect to the total weight of flax fibers, and - additives: hydrogel binder based on polyacrylic acid with the addition of amine as a crosslinking agent and phosphates (V) of alkali metals: sodium and / or potassium, and humic acids, in the total amount of all additives ranging from 0.5 to 2 wt.% the total weight of all fibers, where the main layer (21) of the substrate (20, 30) is in the form of a needled mat with a thickness ranging from 1.3 to 1.5 cm, the mat needling density ranging from 4 to 9 needles / cm <sup > 2 </sup> and the surface density of the mat from 920 to 1080 g / m <sup> 2 </sup>. The subject of the application is also the method of producing the above-mentioned substrates for growing plants.
