Abstract
Zgłoszenie przedstawione na rysunku obejmuje sposób oraz układ do łączności optycznej polegającej na równoczesnej transmisji bitów informacji i dystrybucji bitów klucza kryptograficznego z wykorzystaniem modulacji natężenia i detekcji bezpośredniej zawierający nadajnik i odbiornik, nadajnik zawiera laser pracy ciągłej lub laser impulsowy o wysokiej częstości repetycji połączony torem optycznym z modulatorem amplitudy, natomiast odbiornik zawiera fotodiodę lub detektor liczby fotonów, który połączony jest z dyskryminatorem charakteryzujący się tym, że nadajnik jest przystosowany do transmisji na jednej długości fali nośnej światła jednocześnie bitów informacji i bitów klucza kryptograficznego z wykorzystaniem wspólnego zestawu symboli modulacji różniących się przynajmniej jednym parametrem wybranym z grupy obejmującej natężenie i opóźnienie czasowe, przy czym symbole stosowane do kodowania różnych bitów klucza różnią się natężeniem światła.
