Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest folia warstwowa która charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z trzech warstw, dwóch zewnętrznych i jednej wewnętrznej funkcjonalnej, przy czym warstwa zewnętrzna jest z PLA albo PHB albo PHA albo PBS, a warstwa funkcjonalna jest z PLA lub PHB lub PHA lub PBS z co najmniej jednym dodatkiem organicznym lub nieorganicznym w ilości wagowo od 0,2% do 70% każdy, oraz grubość folii ma 0,01 do 0,5 mm, korzystnie 0,06 mm, zaś dodatkiem organicznym jest lignina lub ligninosulfonian lub nawóz lub obornik lub biowęgiel a dodatkiem nieorganicznym jest talk lub kreda lub dolomit lub mika lub mączka bazalatowa lub węglan wapnia.
